WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Three ZIP downloads: Full Color, Ink-Saver and Line-Only. Each ZIP contains A4 and US Letter PDFs. Every PDF has the same 30 pages; six complete PDF editions in total. The two timeline and seating sheets are landscape; all other sheets are portrait. All text is English.
INSIDE THE 30 PAGES
Cover; ownership and how to use; family intention and prayer; Christmas Eve at a glance; countdown; Gather divider; guest list and RSVP; eight household cards; dietary needs; seating chart; eight place cards and eight name tags; Feast divider; menu; potluck; two pages of family recipe cards; shopping; budget; cooking day timeline; oven, stove and fridge; Celebrate divider; table and decor; evening order; Nativity and reading roles; carol titles; gifts and giving; gratitude and prayer cards; memory keepsake; after-the-feast checklist; Christmas closing.
The guest list has 30 entries; print an additional copy for individual guests 31-40. Seating options include one 24-seat table and two 8-seat round tables, with an optional children's-table alternative. This is a reusable layout with a default year of 2026, not a dated daily calendar. Bible references include writing lines for your own public-domain Bible readings. Carol titles only; no lyrics.
PRINTING
Print the matching paper size at 100% or Actual Size, preferably on 100-120 g/m2 paper. Mirrored binding margins are 20 mm at the inner edge and 12 mm elsewhere. Test your duplex settings first; rotate the two landscape sheets for binding. Ordinary printers may leave a white edge on cover artwork. PDFs are designed for handwriting, not PDF form filling.
DIGITAL PRODUCT ONLY
No physical item is shipped. Original watercolor illustrations were generated with AI and combined with independently designed text and functional planning layouts. Color appearance varies by screen, printer and paper. Personal household use only; do not resell or redistribute the files.
Printing tips
Open the PDF that matches your paper (US Letter or A4) and print at Actual Size (100%), one-sided. For markers, put a spare sheet underneath your page. Cardstock works beautifully for covers and keepsake pages.
