Broad wing sections, simple robes, open hair and skin areas, and short English captions. The collection includes Gabriel with Daniel, Zechariah and Mary, plus decorative portraits. The last page has a blank scroll and room to add stars and flowers. Children can choose their own colors.

BIBLE AND ARTISTIC TRADITION

This is a themed collection, not a continuous biblical biography. Narrative scenes selectively adapt Daniel 8:15-19, Daniel 9:20-23, Luke 1:11-20 and Luke 1:26-38. The waiting-people scene also draws on Luke 1:10 and 21. Frightening details are omitted. Pages 1-6 and 25-30 are artistic compositions, not additional biblical events.

The title Archangel Gabriel follows Christian tradition; the cited passages call him Gabriel or the angel Gabriel. Wings, lilies and scrolls are artistic conventions. The parent note explains these distinctions. Captions are original descriptions, not quotations or personal messages from Gabriel.
